- Stop clock watching We are constantly reminded of how little time we have to achieve things. This fuel frustration and we put ourselves under pressure to meet deadlines. Try limit the number of clocks in your home and work area.
- Be old-fashioned Do things that reminiscent of your grandmother's era-grow potted herbs, do some sewing, write a letter on paper, set aside an evening to prepare a traditional dinner for the family. Any of these ideas will slow hectic life right down.
